Job Description: Director, Client Engagement (Boston or NYC based)

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused individual who will play an instrumental role in recommending and implementing strategy around our client engagement business objectives and leading scalable business options for client business growth. The Director of Client Engagement provides tactical and strategic account management and relationship support to our clients. They will work in close partnership with sales executives, product strategists, development and data analyst team to manage and grow current revenue and develop account retention strategies with the goal of strengthening and enhancing long-term client relationships.

The Director of Client Engagement is responsible for coordinating all post-implementation and ongoing account management processes via onsite visits, webinars, email or phone for each assigned and new client account procured by BrightScope sales team. They will develop efficient processes and serve as a resource for the company on best practices for growing and maintaining client relationships.

Job Description: Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing seamless administrative support for the top executives of the Revenue Organization. The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the department of the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President of Client Engagement.
