Ed-

The latest Schedule C changes go in to effect for the 2009 plan year and primarily effect large (>100 participant) plans. I believe the GAO is going to review the new Schedule C to ensure it goes "far enough" in requiring fee disclosure. Your guess is as good as mine when it comes to future Schedule C changes, though I do suspect that the dust has far from settled.

Do you know where I can find information on the DOL's future plans in terms of a systematic way of 5500 reporting? in other words, do you have any information on what the DOL's system requirements might be for future 5500 schedule c reporting?

Thanks
