Hi Carrie, Your best bet is to contact the person at the company who is responsible for administering the 401k plan. Although, even though you haven't been employed with them for over 10 years, you should still have been receiving statements. If you have an old statement, you could contact the financial services company on the statement and they should be able to point you in the right direction. Good luck!
