BrightScope has ratings on larger plans but on smaller plans it may be a little more difficult. I provide a benchmarking service to my clients but it is done by manually inputting thier plans inforamtion into a program I use and then I can show them what they have compared to other plans. One of the companies advisors use is Fiduciary Benchmarks. I don't know if they have anything at the retail level for individuals. Here is there site. http://www.fiduciarybenchmarks.com/fi360.
http://www.brightscope.com/ratings/ Another option would be: http://freeerisa.benefitspro.com/ Brightscope tends to have more reviews from the actual employees. Most sites simply aggregate the Form 5500 which is required to be filed every year and is public information.
