Have you tried synching your 401k account with Mint.com? I've heard (but not tested myself) of other individuals that were able to do this. Also, if you have a financial advisor that utilizes third party companies like Blueleaf Advisor or eMoney, they should be able to aggregate all your outside accounts together into one web portal for tracking purposes.
I suggest you contact your employer and ask if there is a website where you can securely login and access your 401k plan online. It would be unlikely that your 401k isn't available for access and monitoring online. Your employer should be able to point you in the right direction or put you in touch with someone who can help you setup online access.
Another option, once you've established online access to your 401k, is to setup a free account at www.Mint.com which is a secure online site where you can consolidate and track all your finances online, including your 401k account. I use Mint.com and have recommended it many of my clients.
Good luck, Beverly.
