As far as I can tell there are no firms registered with the SEC with that name. It appears they are estate planning attorneys in NY. They may not require registration if all they do is insurance products, such as annuities. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but we recommend only dealing with SEC or State registered investment advisors that provide fee only advice.
