  1. Keep data up to date: Use your plan's Vault to ensure BrightScope has the most accurate and up to date data for your plan. You will be able to make a stronger case for improvement if the data is accurate and current.
  2. Contact your Plan Administrator: The person who runs your 401k plan could be the CFO, HR Manager, or Compensation and Benefits Manager at your company. Your Plan Administrator's name can be found in the "Plan Details" section for your company.
  3. Invite Others: Plan sponsors are more likely to pay attention to your concerns when there are multiple participants advocating for change.
