Darla - I apologize in advance if you have already tried this, but I would start by contacting the main number, 314-251-4400, and ask to speak with the Human Resources Director regarding your retirement plan benefits. Someone in HR should be able to put you in touch with the Plan Administrator, who will in turn have information about your individual account. Good luck.

Make sure when you call Mercy you have your information available on when you worked there. Any chance you have an account statement? If so, you could call the 800# on it for instructions on how to take a withdrawal.
