Jose, you should contact your retirement plan custodian. They will be able to assist you with logging on to your accounts. They will also be able to walk you through establishing or changing your user name and password. There probably is a customer service number on your most recent statement. If you do not have a statement then contact you HR department and they should be able to provide you with the company’s contact information.

The Company should have sent you a quarterly statement in the January time frame usually they have the internet info there
To determine your 401K balance, allocation, and contribution history, you should first contact your Human Resources Department. They will most likely direct you to an online portal for your Plan Sponsor. If you have not accessed this information before, you may need to register for this access. Upon receiving a log-in and Password, you should be able to track your 401K information as often as you like.
If you receive quarterly statements from your retirement plan custodian, there should be an 800 number listed on the statement. The plan custodian should be able to help you find your username and password to log in online or help you establish a new one, if needed. If you're not receiving a quarter statement, speak with your employer or their HR department.
