I would see someone in your HR department and ask them to show you the best way to achieve this. You should automatically be getting statements in the mail unless you opted to only receive electronic. Either way there will be an online portal that you can use to login and see your account balance.
You can also look up your company's plan and see who the service provider is and call them directly. If you look up a company in Brightscope, if the plan has shared enough information they'll tell you at the bottom of the page the service provider (i.e. Fidelity, ADP, Vanguard).
