Unfortunately, I do not have enough information to answer that question for you. However, the easiest way to find that information out for yourself is to find out who is the custodian of McGraw-Hill's 401k plan and contact them. The custodian is the broker-dealer that holds the funds (Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch, Vanguard, etc.) The easiest way to find out who the custodian is on your 401k statements or calling McGraw Hill and speaking with HR. Once you know who the custodian is, you can find out how to contact them through the same means or via a web search. They will be able to tell you how to roll over or take a distribution from your 401k.
