I would love to help you Michael, but unfortunately i will need more information to be helpful. What fund are you trying to cash out?

The only suggestion I have is that you think about whether this decision is in your best interest. Obviously, I know nothing about you so I cannot determine if this is a wise move, however, this is money that is earmarked for your retirement. Is it in your best interest to raid that now? Only you can answer that question but please think about it before moving forward. Good luck Michael!

Michael, one last resource is the website: https://www.qdrodesk.com/plans/AZ-STATE-CARPENTERS-PENSION-TRUST-FUND-8080.shtml

If you are looking to cash out your fund get in touch with the fund company. Your account statement should list a contact number for you to get in touch with someone.

If you are unhappy with the performance or want to switch funds consider sitting down with a professional to figure out what you want to do. They can assist with moving the money to a different fund or even to your own brokerage account.

What did you originally open the account for and what kind of account is it?
