company is 100% employee owned. I had over $11,000.00 in my stock when terminated. Am I entitled to any of this money.
There are a couple questions that I would need to know first to answer that question and help you: The first question is whether any of the stock was subject to vesting. Second question is what form are the shares held: Restricted stock units, in an plan, if you held the shares outright, and if the shares are of a public or private company.
