Here it is a month later and I am now looking at this question for the first time. I am assuming it is directed at a specific company or plan sponsor you were using? You might have to jump through a few hoops depending on how the plan was set up through the employer. I have seen some plans where the actual owner of the company had to approve withdrawals and the employee hadn't spoken to that employer in years and frankly didn't like the guy. Make sure and contact the plan custodian/trust company who holds your funds and see how to get the money withdrawn in a timely manner.
