Multiple HSA accounts?

Does it make sense to have multiple HSA's? My employer offers one, but I would like to be able to select the funds the HSA is invested in and my employers plan requires $2k in the HSA before I can change the fund.

Unless each HSA Bank offers an advantage, two accounts will just complicate things for you. the reporting will be a mess and you might accidentally defer excess contributions and that could be expensive.
