I have money class B shares in Dunn-Edwards Paint ESOP. I left the company in December of 2008 and since then have watched my money dwindle. I have asked to be paid out but they said I am not eligable to be paid out yet. What is the law about ESOP payouts?

Brent, ask them for the Summary Plan Description on your specific plan. There should be stipulations in this document that outline when the money has to be allowed to be distributed to you if you leave before "Normal Retirement Age" which will also be stipulated in the document.
