Your best bet is to talk to HR at your job. They should be able to help you with access.
Many companies allow access online, but if you have never accessed it before, your best bet is to talk to HR first.
Hi Linda, If you don't have a recent statement from your 401(k) plan, contact your human resources office. They should be able to give you the phone number of your plan trustee. From there, you can call and get the information you need. Good luck!
Good afternoon ,thank you for your question. The best way to gain access to your accounts is to either contact your HR department and they will provide you with a phone number to the company that is handling the account for you. Here is the phone number you can call to get to HR office: 603-681-3185 Human Resources Option two is to look at your quarterly statement that you get from your plan, it will have a contact number for you to call or a website that you can go to, to gain access to your account. I hope this helps Sincerely Michael
As suggested by my peers, HR is one option. The second option is to look at your statement and see who the Third Party Administrator ("TPA") is. The third option is to call the Advisor attached to the plan. And, the last option is to find your plan online (through the Custodian) and get access digitally. More than likely you will need your SSN and DOB to gain access online.
Hope this helps.
