contact HR and they will direct you to the proper location. I advice if you are under age 59 1/2 to find a financial professional to help you rollover the plan as fees and taxes can deplete the amount significantly if just withdrawn prior to retirement age. ...  (more)

I have 100% of my retirement money in a target date fund. Do you consider that diversified enough or not?
Target funds generally are well diversified. If I where you I would contact the employer plan and have them send you a breakdown of what the target fund is currently invested in and what fees are associated.
